5. Client Accounts and Subscriptions

For clients using our white-label platform or marketing services:

Account access and data are provided for business use only.
Payment terms, deliverables, and usage limits are governed by individual contracts or proposals.
Failure to make payments or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data privacy seriously.
All personal data collected or processed through our website or systems is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Rwanda’s Law Nº 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 on Data Protection and Privacy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

IgaBusiness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our systems or third-party platforms.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Kigali.
